Monitoring

The weather in the Fort St. John area has eased up a little, allowing the temperatures to rise to -20 degrees Fahrenheit. The total is now up to 19 wolves. Three more wolves were captured in the field today. They include one breeding female, a young female of approximately two years of age and a male of approximately two or three years of age.

Nancy Gibson, a member of the International Wolf Center's Board of Directors, will be joining the reintroduction team in British Columbia, Canada tomorrow. She is joining them to assist on the project.
