The Soda Butte pack has again left Yellowstone Park and travelled
through the Beartooth Mountains for the edge of the plains. They
were recently sighted near Absarokee, Montana.Last month they briefly went to the Front and killed a small hunting
hound that apparently ran into them.The pack has not harmed or molested livestock despite the presence of
large numbers in the general area.
