Across Round Prairie, eastward, to the Thunderer (mountain) in the winter (December)

Round Prairie is a nearly round meadow on Soda Butte Creek at its confluence with Pebble Creek in the NE corner of Yellowstone.

The Druid Peak Pack is often seen in Round Prairie, except during deep snow winters when the snow is too deep for their prey.

In 2006, the Druids, now much diminished in size compared to the past, denned on the forested slopes of the Thunderer
