Earth Justice has been criticized for trying to get greater protection for the Idaho/Yellowstone wolves than "non-essential, experimental" population, and inadvertantly setting this debacle in motion. Earlier I asked, "Where is a copy of this decision?" Turns out the court was slow to get the copies to all plaintifs.
