Darwin Leroy Emmett, the alleged killer of famous Yellowstone wolf 39F, the White Wolf, will go before the judge tomorrow in Casper, Wyoming to plead "guilty" or "not guilty." If he pleads "guilty" his penalty may be set tomorrow as well. If he pleads "not guilty," a trial will be set.
