Dundee Mountain is a long and spectacular ridge with
several
summits over 11,700 feet in elevation. It is in the extreme
southeastern part of the Absaroka Range of Wyoming. The late
afternoon photograph is from the edge of Meadow Basin, looking
down Meadow Creek to Dundee Mountain. Meadow Basin is an
alpine basin with extraordinary wildflowers and colorful very
high peaks (well over 12,000 feet).
